Hassle sometimes to get a pot of hot water from staff. Also, even though I asked for a quiet room, I got this during the week but not on Friday & Saturday nights (same away-from-Atocha-St room) because of the partying & related loudspeakers in the Tryp´s own facilities continuing until long past midnight. Location is terrific, close to the 3 najor museums as well as Atocha, with nearby internet cafés and the Anton Martin metro stop almost outside the hotel.

A very nice hotel in a great location and really good value! S J Smith UK

Nothing to eat after that time. And in the room bar there were very few things to eat. I got sick from eating the olives from the bar in the room. The refrigerator was inside a cabinet and the cans inside were actually HOT!!!

We thought the hotel was beautiful and the weekend price was extremely good value.

The dining room pictured on advertisements was being used for a merchandise sale of some type or another. Which left a very bland depressing room in which to eat. There was practically no lobby and I did not enjoy entering the building. Glad I stayed only one night and then checked into the Regina. clean but sparse and uninviting. No view and nothing to make up for it. I did not want to be in the room any more than was necessary.
