If you like to walk (miles), it is within walking distance of the Madrid Palace and other museums. The room was clean and neat, and overall it was a good experience - my second stay. The only negatives were (1) a bit noisy on the street side, Madrid is the city that never sleeps and thus ambulance / fire vehicles run up and down the street all night long (2) We are non-smokers, and T3 really needs to reserve some floors for non-smokers and enforce it.
