For the price I was paying for the room, breakfast should have been included. If I stay there again, I will have my coffee and toast elsewhere. the tv did not work

I sent a fax 8 hours after I left the hotel about this and got no reply. I phoned them on Monday morning and after several minutes I got the reply that nothing has been found. I think they just don't care about customers that alreday left the hotel! This is why I crossed service with "poor".

The counter staff was excellent and very helpful. Restaurant though small had excellent food and very good service. Wish there was tea-coffee making facility in the room. Otherwise everything was fine.
