The only critism was the lack of 'day light'due to a small window and tinted glass.

When I arrived I discovered the whole area had been closed off. I understand works need to be carried out but why did someone not tell me when the booking was made that there would be no leisure centre as otherwise advertised. I thought my room was lovely but the mini bar was not turned on ie, it was warm so the drinks could not be used. Also the lock on my bathroom door was broke so I got locked in for 10 mins and later at 2 Am that night I woke up to go toilet and could not get into the toilet so I had to call the receptionist for help. I found all of this very embarrasing because I was on my own and in my nightwear.

We spent 45 minutes shivering outside the terminal at the airport from 11:45pm
