The gentelman allowed me to use the phone to call my credit card to block it. My husband and I stayed there for 6 nights. The last five nights we stayed on the fourth floor and we enjoyed the patio in our room throughouly. It would be nice if we have had clean glasses every day/or had been replaced when there was only one left or did not have any. I was very sastified with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel itself. A hair dryer to lend to customers would be great.
