The location so close to the airport is great for those flying out the next morning, and the shuttle bus is convenient, although at the time we needed it the bus was going to a nearby trade fair instead of to the airport. We very much enjoyed our dinner in the hotel restaurant. One suggested improvement would be supplying driving directions to the hotel. We got amazingly lost in the tangle of airport expressways. At one point we could see the hotel location, but had no way of getting there. I had e-mailed asking for directions before our trip, but received no reply.

Good value for money although it's quite a wait for the airport shuttle bus, 40 mins even though it's only 5 minute drive away. Would use again as it's convenient and only a 20 min walk from the metro which takes you straight into the city.
