Although the breakfast was an extra cost, it was discounted and there was a huge variety to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful, particularly those in reception on our arrival. We were forewarned about the noise from the busy street but our room did not face the front so not a problem but if you choose to stay in a hotel right in the centre of a busy city, you should expect a degree of traffic noise. My only negative comment would be that the room was too hot and we should have asked for advice as to how to turn the heating off! We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Staff was very frendly and smily. I like good serving and we have got it. Hotel location is exellent. We did not ask parking hall becouse we found one we near. Breakfast was OK, but I have found that not any hotel in Spain there are not vegetables! Do not understand that because Spain have all of them and very low price. Do they sell all out of Spain? I was that hotel before and I will go again. Depending on price, because I am using allways special offers. This time price/value was very exellent.

Did not see the laudry list, took bag of clothes downt o desk. Desk staff did not provide list (with prices). Received laundry the next day with a bill for $75 Euros. For a few dirty bras, panties and shirts! They reduced the bill a bit for us but there should be a process where no one submits cleaning without knowing the costs. Thank you.
