Our room on the 9th floor was really large with a very good queen size bed plus a settee and a coffee table. The bathroom was a good size with a separate extension for the toilet and bidet (though no connecting door). Everything was very clean and bed linen and towels changed daily. We asked for extra pillows which housekeeping provided fairly quickly. The buffet breakfast was really great with a variety of cereals fresh fruit and vegetables, coldcuts and cooked dishes. Service in the diningroom was very good, used plates being cleared quickly. The lobby is fairly large with plenty of seats but with no bar or beverage service. There is a cafeteria in an adjacent area. The hotel is not in the center (about 10 minutes walk down the road to Plaza Espana) but has a subway station next to it (3 lines) and a large Court Inglese store. We also could not find proper restaurants in the near vicinity, though there are plenty of sidewalk cafes. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful with good English spoken at the reception and information desk. All in all I highly recommend this hotel, which was good value for money.

Room was of an excellant standard. Television facilities were not great.
