There is no tea-coffee maker in the room or the suite-- this is a basic necessity and should be provided. 2.The breakfast starts only at 7 which is late for early morning departures 3.There is very limited cjoice of food especially for vegetarians-- we had to call from the Pizza Hut! and therre are no restaurants or shops nearby 4. The gym very lousy opens at 8-- so when do business travellers use it? 5.I was in a suite which had 3 single sofas but no Table to put anyting The staff was helpful but had thier limitations

We were only there overnight, but didn't see any snacks or quick food restaurant. Coffee machines/Tea would have been a great assett in the room. English channels on TV not available. Overall, very clean and excellent.

The metro station is not so far and is directly to the Callao station, in the middle of the central area. (a journey of 30 minutes). No complains about the hotel. We stayed for one night, just to take a plane in the next day.

Near restaurants and shops; good access to busses and trains. One issue: we had four adults in one room. The bathroom door was glass, and therefore, not private. Still, we would recommend the hotel.

First night I was charged € 150 and the second € 225 Asked why , the answer was "Occupancy reasons"!! Never again at this hotel

Shuttle service didn"t start until 7:00AM and we had to get taxi. I do not recommend eating there as the service was very slow and the food was only fair. Room was nice and clean.

The problem was no room available due to some problems at the hotel. The solution was, a free drink in the bar, a taxi to take us to an other hotel 15 minutes away. The hole operation took app. 1 hour and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. Fair and good service from the staff and with no ekstra cost for us.
