The exterior surroundings need some attention to make the arrival more appealing. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We will be staying there again soon.

Either the hotel is not well known or the taxi drive that took us there took advantage of us, as it took 30 minutes to get to the hotel. We learned upon arrival talking with the hotel desk clerk that it was only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The hotel clerk made sure we had a reputable taxi for our return too the airport the next day. The hotel was a disappointment in that there were no amenities in the local area to go for food or to even have a leisure walk. The area seem to have an abandoned look and was very bleak. However, your stafff was excellent and that made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

In the bathroom, toilet seat needs to be repaired, it is broken off the hinges. The internet is too slow and one was out of order. There was no working printer. I could not sign in for my airline ticket which was quite an inconvenience. With a little fine tuning, the experience would be better, but it was quite adequate.
