Miscommunication from reservations did not clarify two important amenities we required but were lacking: --wifi --Breakfast option Free wifi was advertised and to us means that it would be readily available. The staff wanted to charge us for this and the hot spot was limited to the lobby area and this was vey noisy and lacked quiet enjoyment of the space. We thought breakfast was included and this was not the case. We only became aware of the additional charges aft we ate numerous times and later was informed of the charges. One big downside was that the hotel was overrun by a large group-"organization of adults cultural??? that was nothing more than a mob of loud, obnoxious teenagers who interfered with our stay to the point that we had to change rooms at three in the morning in order to get some sleep. Management should be given a failing grade for not proactively managing this situation and the staff was left to their limited devices to cope with the issues they created. In my view, their behavior that evening/morning warranted a call to the police and immediate termination of their contract! Whoever contracted with this organization on behalf of the hotel should be given a stern warning and put on probation. If it were not for the staffs' excellence in performance I would not recommend this hotel but in all fairness to them, I will.

Things to make the stay easier. The hotel is well placed if you know where you are going but if it's your first time a map comes in handy. You should keep the address of the hotel on a piece of paper so you can show the taxi drivers.

Amenities were good, nice pool, terrace bar, piano bar, buffet breakfast, buffet evening meal or a la carte. Room was lovely, modern, clean and well set out

Location next to the business centre so not much to do as a tourist but right next to supermarket, bus station and mcdonalds. Swimming pool on the roof (12th floor) was excellent to cool off and sunbeds were provided for sunbathing. At nights the roof was a bar to enjoy the hot valencia nights with an ice cold beverage. The room was a good size with air conditioning (temp of 37C outside!), minibar, shower, bidet, large wash hand basin, toilet, tv, comfortable bed.
