We have enjoyed the excellent personal service it provides for stays as a couple, a family of 5 with our children small and big and with one adult child on different occasions. The location is excellent. The size of the rooms and the kitchenette are for us the best amenities it has. For all the above, we would have expected a decent TV set in the room, not the poorly functioning last century small set it had there. We actually watched a World Cup final in one of these sets 10 or 12 years ago during our first stay, and the reception was as bad as now. That should change, but it will not prevent us from returning. You may also want to consider providing pre-paid parking at the Montalvan parking lot nearby as a service.
