Breakfast was an extra charge which had not been my previous experience. No where to wait - only three chairs opposite the reception desk.The positive was that the breakfast was excellent. The room looked out onto three walls. No natural light available during the day. Room dark. Shower area - thank goodness I was not sharing a room - awful glass partition allowing no privacy. A large waste pipe was against the wall causing a lot of noise when showers taken in other rooms. Too warm. TV did not work at all.

Staff was very helpful finding a more satisfactory room.

The service on departure was very good. The bathroom door was transparent - not good for a family room.

I assumed that it was included in the price but apparently it was not.... it was not highlighted upon check in so we were n ot happy about that. WE had to move from our original room. There was an awful musty smell and we were moved to a twin room.
