My only complaint would be the noise in the hotel itself - major drawback of visiting again. Although we had asked for a room with at balcony our room looked onto the laundry facility. With this in mind it meant that we could not have the window open for fresh air. In addition this also proved to add to the noise experienced in the hotel (what with slamming of doors and so on).
