Exclusive Marketing Initiatives for     Hotel Partners

 

 

HolidayCity.com has lined up many exciting marketing initiatives for our hotel partners all year round to help boost their profile and highlight their offerings to our guests. These initiatives are specially designed to enhance and strengthen the hotel presence online and offline which would then translate to increased booking conversions and room sales. Best of all, we provide these services at no cost.

 

The marketing initiatives are as follows:

HolidayCity.com Online Contest Sponsorship

Sponsor a 3D/2N stay for two for HolidayCity.com's ongoing online contest and receive maximum online exposure for your hotel during the contest period. The terms and conditions are quite simple; all you have to do is provide a complimentary stay at your hotel for a minimum of 3 days/2 nights for 2 persons in a double room with a validity period of at least 6 months from the date of issue, and you would receive the following in return:

  • An exclusive feature in our biweekly online newsletter HolidayCity Flash under the 'Exclusive Hotel Promotions' headline (newsletter subscribers currently stand at over 97,000).

  • An exclusive promotional space under the headline 'Contest Prize' in the Contest section of our website.

  • An inclusion of your hotel description in the Winners section of the Contest pages (for 6 months from the date contest sponsorship ends).

 

Joint Online Contest Sponsorship
From time to time, HolidayCity.com would organize online contests with external parties e.g. media or community portals that we deem would generate a fair amount of referral from their own readers or subscribers. We would invite interested hotel partners to sponsor the prizes in the form of hotel stays (minimum of 3D/2N) and in return they would receive the following:

  • A microsite for the contest prize - featuring hotel images, logo, description and a link to the hotel page on HolidayCity.com
     

Joint Online Advertisement
HolidayCity.com also buy online advertisement space on websites that are deemed to be suitable and would attract a high number of referrals. We would invite our hotel partners to share the cost of these online advertisements on a 50/50 division. We would consult them for their feedback and agreement on the suitability of the proposed websites and the design of the advertisements.

The hotel brand name will be displayed prominently with HolidayCity.com displayed as a supporting element. This would require more in-depth discussion upon the initial interest and agreement. Please contact Hanim Shukor at hanim@holidaycity.com for more information.
