How do I get started?
To sign
up as a HolidayCity.com Affiliate partner, all you have to
do is complete the easy, 2 step application process
here. Once you've submitted all the details and we've
approved your application, we'll email you a temporary user
name and password so you can access your online Affiliate
Account. You can then download all the necessary coding from
the account and integrate it with your own website (s).
2. What
are the costs involved?
There are
NO costs involved in joining the HolidayCity.com Affiliate
Partnership
Programme.
3. What
is the fee structure? How much can I earn?
The fee
structure for the HolidayCity.com affiliate program is simple -
for every booking
made by a visitor from your website to the HolidayCity website, you will receive
up to 5% commission on the booking. There are
no set sales targets or limits, so affiliates can earn as
much as their own abilities and sales savvy can generate.

are my responsibilities as an affiliate?

Affiliate's responsibilities are laid out in the Legal

6. Does my website qualify? Can I link from multiple
websites?
Once you
have submitted the application form for the HolidayCity.com
Affiliate Partnership Programme, we will evaluate your site
to determine if it is eligible for the Programme. Unsuitable
websites include, but are not limited to, those which
promote or condone sexually explicit or violent content,
discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality,
ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation or age, illegal
activities and so on. Affiliates may opt to link from as
many as 15 websites.

How should the links be placed on my website?
To get
the necessary search engine HTML coding, please log into
your Affiliate Account and
click on button 'Content
Download' on the left navigation bar. On this page, you can
download all the the coding for the search engine in a single convenient package which will
also include
further instructions on how to set up and install the
coding.
8. How
does HolidayCity track orders coming from my website (s)?
HolidayCity.com can determine where each unique visitor to the
HolidayCity.com websites
originate based on information on the
cookies stored in the user's computers. From this
source, we
will be able to determine which website the user was last
visiting. If the last
website for a particular user belongs
to the Affiliate, than this visitor will be credited as
part
of the Affiliate's 'referral traffic' and will any
subsequent bookings made by the user
up to a period of 60
days after the user has visited the Affiliate site will be
eligible for
commission.
9. How
do I monitor the sales and commissions I’ve earned?
To
monitor your sales and commissions, you can access the Sales
Report page in the
online Affiliate Account, which contains
up-to-date information regarding the bookings
made by the
Affiliate's referral traffic, as well as the commissions
resulting from that
traffic.
10. When
and how will I be paid?
The
commissions affiliates earn will accumulate until the amount
reaches a minimum of
USD 100, at which time a check is issued
to the Affiliate, at the address specified in the
Affiliate
Account Details page.
11. Will
I earn commission on personal orders I make through my
website?
No
commissions will be paid on personal orders made by the
Affiliate through their own
website.
12. I
